Mike Brooks

Founder and CEO of B Squared Real Estate

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting, Mike Joined ATT’s Leadership Development program. After supervisory and analytical rotations in Operations and Finance, Mike held various sales and account management positions working with AT&T’s Fortune 500 clients. Mike later moved to ATT Consulting where he was in charge of Business Development in Southern California. In this role, Mike contributed to the growth of the practice, developing opportunities across all sectors and being awarded with AT&T’s prestigious Diamond Club Award for sales performance. After leaving AT&T, Mike started B Squared Realty, Inc., a real estate and property management business with an emphasis on multi-family properties, initially with brokerage under the Keller Williams and KW Commercial umbrellas. Mike was #1 in sales with Keller Williams Westside in 2013 and in the top 5 in 2014 before consolidating all businesses under the B Squared Realty umbrella and separating from Keller Williams.
